Elke Frisch was born in 1963 in Lohberg in Bavaria, Germany.
Since 1999 she is working with glass in an artistic context.
Fascinated by the method of melting glass and the endless opportunities of expression through this unique material, Elke Frisch achieves her artistic intentions anew by experimenting and developing the procedure of Fusing, whereby she creates unique pieces of art, from which every single one stores an individual story for the viewer.
